You'll be providing hands-on, compassionate care to hospice patients in their homes:
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping (laundry, linens, tidying up)
- Meal prep based on dietary needs
- Medication reminders (pre-set only)
- Transportation to appointments or errands
- Support families during sensitive end-of-life care
- Respond calmly and responsibly in urgent situations
- Valid HHA or CNA certification
- Driver's license reliable vehicle (this is a must)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
