Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking an experienced Assistant Home Care Manager to help lead the daily operations of a busy, fast-paced home care office. What You'll Do
- Help oversee daily office operations and client services.
- Support scheduling, staffing, and caregiver/client matching.
- Work closely with recruiting, nursing, and office teams.
- Ensure outstanding customer service for clients and families.
- Monitor quality, compliance, and documentation.
- Assist with home visits, care plans, and ongoing client support.
- Help train, coach, and develop office staff and caregivers.
- Manage reports, payroll preparation, and operational metrics.
- Resolve issues quickly while maintaining compassionate, professional service.
- Support after-hours On-Call coverage on a rotating basis.
- 2 years of management experience.
- 2 years of home care or personal care experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.
- Professional, compassionate, and customer-focused.
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Knowledge of ASAP/state-funded home care programs is a plus.
