Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team on-site at our Tampa, FL location. We are looking for someone dependable, polished, and proactive - a team player who helps to keep the office running smoothly and represents our firm with professionalism and care.
This role involves performing receptionist duties such as answering and directing calls, welcoming clients, scheduling, and general clerical support. The role also includes maintaining records, providing customer service, and supporting administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general administrative tasks
- Support accountants and staff with day-to-day office needs
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming front desk environment
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, even in firm or sensitive situations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
