Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position. - Lead the market to achieve sustainable growth in commercial and consumer loans, core deposits, and fee income.
- Build a high-quality, relationship-focused portfolio centered on long-term client success.
- Execute a strategic market plan aligned with the bank’s mission and performance goals.
- Take ownership of market results while maintaining a disciplined, balanced approach to growth.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing, collaborative team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and shared success.
- Lead by example—demonstrating professionalism, humility, and a commitment to excellence.
- Invest in talent development and succession planning within the market.
- Build trusted advisor relationships by delivering responsive, customized financial solutions.

- Prioritize core deposit growth as a key component of market success.
- Collaborate with treasury management to deepen client relationships and deliver value-added solutions.
- Position the bank as the primary financial partner for clients.
- Serve as the face of the bank in the market, actively engaging in civic and business organizations.
- Build meaningful relationships with community leaders, nonprofits, and centers of influence.
- Champion initiatives that support local economic growth and community reinvestment.
- Represent the bank with authenticity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to service.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 10 years of commercial banking experience with proven production and leadership success.
- Strong track record of loan and deposit growth and market development.
- Experience leading teams and managing client portfolios.
- A leader who consistently demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a servant mindset.
- Relationship-driven with a passion for serving clients and the community.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Strong credit acumen and sound business judgment.
- Knowledge of the Rockwall market preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Growth in commercial and consumer loans, core deposits, and client relationships
