What You’ll Do
- Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC equipment installations
- Support the install team with the tasks needed to properly and safely complete HVAC installations
- Help load, unload, organize, and prepare tools, materials, and equipment
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other residential work areas
- Work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness and follow company safety standards
- Use ServiceTitan to assist with job documentation and daily workflow
- Help maintain company vehicles to company standards
- Communicate professionally with team members, homeowners, and office staff
- Follow directions from Lead Installers and managers
- Be available for weekend on-call rotation as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Interest in learning the HVAC trade
- Ability to lift at least 70 lbs.
- Willingness to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
- Basic communication skills
- Basic safety knowledge and willingness to follow safety procedures
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow directions and work well with others
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- HVAC experience is a plus, but not required
