Guaranteed Rate Affinity, LLC (“Guaranteed Rate Affinity”) is a joint venture between Guaranteed Rate, Inc (NMLS: 2611) and Anywhere Real Estate Inc. Through this joint venture, Guaranteed Rate Affinity provides mortgage origination services to the clients of more than 700 Coldwell Banker and select Sotheby’s International Realty offices owned by NRT LLC, a subsidiary of Anywhere and the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company. In addition, Guaranteed Rate Affinity markets its services to consumers and unaffiliated realtor referral sources.

What's the Role?

Our Associate VP of Mortgage Lending are responsible for assisting VPs business. In this role, one will be supporting a top Loan Officer for GRA and top LO in the country, who has 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, funding over $5 billion in loans. One will be assisting in converting prospects into active referral partners. Phone and email skills are crucial as you will be responsible for building VP’s database.

Responsibilities:

• Converting inbound and outbound leads to prospective business
• Create trust between realtors and loan officers
• Helping manage loan pipeline for LO
• Properly qualify a customer, review and calculate income, credit, self-employed and other non-traditional income calculations
• Complete all loan tasks given to them from the sales side

Qualifications:

• Active NMLS License
• Licensed individual living in or around Chicago area, South Jersey, Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs, North Jersey, and New York city/suburbs.
• Relatable mortgage experience
• Strong knowledge of product/underwriting guidelines, alternative Mortgage products- broker, non qm, bank statement, etc
• Call center experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to create trust within all working departments
• Ability to multi-task various systems at once
• Technical with high level of attention to detail, proactiveness/desire to learn
• Proficient in CRM Excel and the Microsoft Suite
• Desire to learn from others while perfecting one's skills
