What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Technician position at Guarantee Restoration Services?
We're looking for a Water Technician, to join our Jackson, MS team!
Pre-employment Background Check and Drug Screen required
- Starting pay is $16 per hour with no experience
- Opportunity for quarterly bonus
- This is a full-time, permanent position that requires after hours and weekend work as needed

- Assist project manager on various construction projects
- Specialize in water damage from small scale to large scale flooding projects
- Learn about different types of drying equipment
- General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
- Assist with demolition and reconstruction
- Pre and post construction clean-up
- 1-3 years experience working Water Mitigation projects preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Must be able too work weekdays, nights, and weekends
- Must be on call for any afterhours work that comes in
- Hard worker with attention to detail
- Relationship building/maintenance skills
- Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
- Cell phone and everything needed to complete job provided
