What you'll be responsible for as a Mitigation Project Manager:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction
- Become the primary point of contact for the customer at the appropriate point in the job life cycle
- Explain the reconstruction process to the customer and set appropriate expectations for workflow and timelines
- Responsible for providing detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to TC

- Excellent relationship building/maintenance skills
- Knowledge of restoration processes and procedures
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency
- Very strong organizational and time management skills
- Hard-working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs.
- Strong desire to learn and excel
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license as driving for business is required up to 20 % of time
- Must be reliable, dependable and drug-free
