counts, and physical inventory results.

• Monitor raw-material, consumable, standard-stock, project-specific, and critical-item availability against manufacturing

and project schedules.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate carrier selection, special handling, delivery appointments, site access, lifting or unloading requirements,

and proof of delivery.

• Manage delivery exceptions, returns, undelivered items, damaged shipments, and corrective action.

Tool, Equipment, Asset, and Fleet Support

• Manage receiving, inspection, storage, issue, return, tracking, readiness, repair coordination, calibration or certification

status, and security of warehouse-controlled tools, equipment, and assets.

• Enforce approved Remarcable or company asset-tracking processes for requests, check-out, transfers, status, and

returns.

• Coordinate maintenance and repair of damaged or unreliable tools and equipment.

• Support fleet readiness, vehicle records, maintenance scheduling, inspection follow-up, and coordination with

responsible Purchasing or Operations personnel.

Team Leadership and Workforce Development

• Lead, schedule, train, coach, and develop warehouse associates, receiving and shipping personnel, drivers, apprentices,

and assigned support staff.

• Set daily expectations, verify understanding, monitor execution, provide respectful feedback, and reinforce

accountability for safety, quality, accuracy, productivity, and service.

• Support employee reviews, documented development plans, onboarding, cross-training, succession planning, and

identification of staffing or skill gaps.

• Maintain appropriate warehouse coverage while balancing receiving, fulfillment, staging, shipping, delivery, and

operational-support needs.

Safety, Compliance, and Facility Standards

storage, racking, traffic flow, loading, unloading, and emergency access.

• Enforce PPE, forklift and powered-industrial-truck authorization, load limits, safe lifting, dock safety, vehicle and

pedestrian separation, incident reporting, and stop-work expectations.

• Maintain clean, organized, secure, and hazard-free warehouse, staging, yard, loading, and support areas through 5S

and daily housekeeping routines.

• Maintain required training, inspection, certification, inventory, quality, and operational records.

Cost Control, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement
