What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee technology support requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and related equipment.
- Support user account creation, security access, and system permissions.
- Assist with technology rollouts and new employee onboarding.
- Create user-friendly documentation and training materials.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building positive relationships across the organization.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3 years of experience supporting end users in an IT help desk, service desk, or technical support environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting laptops, mobile devices, and business applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Construction industry experience is a plus.
- Experience with Viewpoint products, Bluebeam, Microsoft Teams, DADO, or FreshService is beneficial.
