Part-Time Saturday and Sunday 9a-3p or 3p-9p, additional shifts Mon-Fri; Includes holidays and other shifts as requested

Scope of Responsibility
The PBX Operator is also responsible for supplying information to callers and keeps a record if calls placed.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Training and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of Administrative support or office management in health related field with patient interactions preferred

Coordination of communication with medical staff and related departments preferred
Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word experience required
Computer proficiency preferred
Excellent telephone etiquette preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Knowledge of HIPPA regulations preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skill
Strong organization skill
Strong multitasking skill in a fast paced setting
