Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust web applications using ASP.NET, C#, and related frameworks.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architectures to ensure seamless integration across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create UML diagrams, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Implement front-end interfaces using React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and UI/UX best practices to deliver engaging user experiences.
• Optimize application performance through multithreading techniques, debugging, and code reviews while adhering to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) standards.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and participate in code reviews using tools like TFS, GitHub, SVN, and Visual Studio.
• Design and manage databases with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB; develop efficient SQL/T-SQL queries and database schemas.
• Support deployment processes utilizing CI/CD pipelines on AWS or Azure environments; ensure application security and compliance with industry standards such as SOAP and WCF.

Skills

• Extensive experience with .NET framework including ASP.NET MVC/Web API/WCF for building scalable web applications.
• Proficiency in front-end development using React.js, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, AJAX, JSON.
• Strong knowledge of database design principles with experience in SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API development for distributed systems integration.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for application hosting and deployment.
• Deep understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), UML diagrams for system modeling, and SDLC methodologies including Agile practices.
• Skilled in debugging complex issues using Visual Studio tools; experienced with version control systems like GitHub and SVN.
• Knowledge of application security protocols including SOAP/REST web services; experience with IIS server management.
• Ability to work effectively in Linux environments; familiarity with shell scripting (Bash), Python or Ruby is a plus.
