This role focuses on data cleanup in Excel and Workday Systems, auditing and editing talent profiles, and supporting new software testing initiatives in a fully onsite environment.

• Data cleanup in Excel and Workday Systems
• Auditing and editing talent profiles. Updating, proofreading, and editing.
• New software testing. Tech-savvy No coding. Helping with testing internal applications.
• They will use applications and provide feedback in case edits are needed.

• Intermediate to advanced Excel
• Basic to intermediate PDF, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• Workday experience
• Customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proofreading experience
• Good problem-solving
• Fast learner
• Has had interactions/experiences with technology and is tech-savvy

• Adobe Acrobat is a plus

• No less than a High School diploma with required experience

• 2 4 years of experience
