This role delivers patient-centered care across a range of acute and critical situations while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The RN will demonstrate strong assessment skills, adaptability, and clinical judgment while supporting departmental operations, maintaining safety, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver evidence-based emergency nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and patient needs.Assess, triage, and monitor patients in rapidly changing clinical conditions.Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and protocols.Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and support services to ensure coordinated care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR; Epic strongly preferred.Float to nearby campus if needed.Uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards at all times.Work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.Maintain flexibility to start shifts ±4 hours for critical coverage needs.Required ExperiencePermanent MA RN license required.Minimum 18 months of Emergency Room nursing experience required.ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment with high acuity patients.Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.Nice-to-Have ExperienceEpic EMR experience (strongly preferred).Additional SkillsAbility to float to campusAbility to work holidays and every other weekendFlexibility with shift start timesAbility to work 3×12 night shiftsStrong clinical judgment and adaptabilityAbout GTTGTT is a minority-owned staffing firm and a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, a Native American-owned company in Alaska.
