This role operates in a cGMP environment and requires the ability to execute testing across multiple assay platforms to ensure the timely and compliant release of products.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine QC testing using GMP/GLP practicesAnalyze and interpret data against protocol-defined specifications, validity criteria, and alert limitsSupport QC release testing for raw materials, in-process, and finished goodsMaintain product and QC material inventoriesEnsure laboratory cleanliness, organization, and stocking of testing materialsMaintain and support equipment calibration or submit equipment for calibration as requiredComplete training requirements on time and maintain accurate training recordsParticipate in laboratory investigations for invalid assays and out-of-specification (OOS) resultsPrepare and archive documents within the document management systemManage and maintain original data filesRequired Qualifications1–2 years of industrial laboratory experience, preferably in Quality Control (QC)Working knowledge of GMP/GLP requirements and regulatory standardsIntermediate computer skills, including Microsoft applicationsAbility to perform data analysis and result interpretation accuratelyStrong attention to detail and documentation practicesPreferred QualificationsExperience with ERP systemsWorking knowledge of LIMS and/or QSR systemsPrior experience in a cGMP laboratory environmentBenefitsMedical InsuranceVision InsuranceDental Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanAbout the ClientAn innovative medical technology company focused on empowering healthier lives, with a strong emphasis on women’s health and well-being.
