This role plays a key part in maintaining project visibility and data integrity, helping drive successful completion of operational and customer-facing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project management staff in completing required deliverables to ensure overall project success.Input data into tracking systems, project management tools, and client systems of record while maintaining accuracy and integrity.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on project status.Execute project completion tasks such as sending easement requests, contracts, and invoices.Confirm receipt of executed contracts or customer payments.Release meters to client operations personnel as appropriate.Monitor project status, dependencies, and provide clear communication of updates to stakeholders.Generate project health/status reports for internal and external distribution.Process initial customer submittals and route documentation to appropriate teams.Send, receive, and manage relevant project documents and designs.Attend status update calls and present current project progress.Perform ad-hoc reviews or produce ad-hoc reports as requested in support of leadership or corporate initiatives.Required ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of analytical experience involving review and interpretation of data sets.Minimum 2 years of project coordination or project management experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).Nice-to-Have ExperienceUtility industry experience.Experience with database software such as Access, SAP, or similar platforms.Required SkillsData analysisProject coordinationMicrosoft Office proficiencyPreferred SkillsStakeholder communicationReporting and documentationDatabase management (Access, SAP, or equivalent)Additional SkillsProject tracking and monitoringDocument routing and submittal processingContract/invoice handlingStatus meeting participationAd-hoc report generationBenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401(k) Retirement FundAbout the ClientMajor California electric utility delivering power to millions.
