The objective is to locate, test, and document inactive or “phantom” phone extensions across 41 government locations in Alameda County ahead of a system conversion from analog to Avaya.The engagement is highly field-based and requires working closely with a remote engineer and onsite staff. Contractors will support the same locations from project start through completion (target end: 5/5) to ensure continuity and accuracy.Position OverviewThe ITLS Technician will conduct on-site phone discovery and testing, identifying active but unused analog phone devices, determining associated extensions, and documenting findings by location.
