This role partners with change managers, program leadership, and global stakeholders to define innovative learning solutions—including eLearning, video, and multimedia content—that drive high adoption and measurable learning impact aligned with project ROI. The consultant serves as a key member of the CFPMO Change Management Team and supports enterprise-wide initiatives across Finance, HR, Procurement, Enterprise Risk, Legal, and additional corporate functions.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Strategy & Needs AssessmentConduct in-depth training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop learning strategies grounded in adult learning theories.Consult with business stakeholders, project teams, and SMEs to define a structured learning strategy aligned with change management and project goals.Develop learning needs assessment documentation including timelines, resource plans, cost estimates, and storyboards.Learning Design & ExecutionDesign, develop, and deliver multimedia training curriculum (eLearning, video, podcasts, etc.) to support project adoption and behavioral change.Ensure rigorous learning metrics, knowledge checks, and learner surveys are embedded into all deliverables.Oversee and approve training content created internally or by vendors.Manage LMS processes (registration, course upload, learning paths, tracking).Incorporate AI technologies to enhance curriculum engagement and delivery.Measurement, Evaluation & Continuous ImprovementLead evaluation of training curriculum to verify effectiveness and alignment with expected outcomes.Analyze results and adjust learning approaches as necessary to increase adoption and ROI.Project Collaboration & GovernanceEnsure training plans meet CFPMO training standards and integrate seamlessly into change management and project plans.Participate in project work including consulting with vendors, business analysts, and other team members.Provide subject-matter expertise on instructional design, project management methodologies, and adult learning practices.Apply knowledge to complex enterprise programs, delivering scalable learning solutions.Required ExperienceBachelor’s degree.8 years of broad and progressive Learning & Development experience.Strong experience with Workday LMS and SharePoint for training deployment and management.Advanced experience performing learning needs assessments and creating engaging, results-focused training programs.Expert-level proficiency with learning authoring tools including Articulate 360, Adobe, Captivate, Rise, Camtasia, Snagit, and MS Office Suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding of project management methodologies; experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, LucidSuite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Knowledge and application of the ADDIE framework.Nice-to-Have ExperienceExperience working within Corporate Finance, HR, Procurement, or similar corporate functional environments.Exposure to enterprise change management methodologies.Required SkillsTraining needs analysis & learning strategyInstructional design using Articulate 360 & multimedia toolsLMS (Workday) administrationPreferred SkillsSharePoint curriculum managementChange management collaborationUse of AI tools to enhance learning contentAdditional SkillsConsulting with SMEs and project leadershipCreating learning metrics and surveysManaging project timelines, resources, and approvalsSupporting large enterprise programs within structured PMOsBenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the CompanyLeading financial services organization providing life insurance, disability income insurance, long-term care coverage, annuities, and retirement planning solutions.
