We are currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Bentonville team.
Position Overview
The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting, working with individuals recovering from injury, surgery, and functional limitations. This role requires strong clinical decision-making, communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, individualized care.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based treatment interventions
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with physical therapists and healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
Qualifications
- Active Arkansas Occupational Therapist license (required)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
