Occupational Therapist
Location: Cherokee Nation Region
Pay Rate: $1,000 To $1,200 /week
Contract: Contract
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 10hr per day
Experience: Minimum 3 years
About the Role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a contract opportunity within the Cherokee Nation region. This role supports therapy services by evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, improving functional independence, and helping patients build skills needed for daily living and quality of life.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapy interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, strength, coordination, and independence
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical needs
Educate patients, caregivers, and care teams on therapy goals, safety, and adaptive strategies
Document therapy services accurately and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Requirements
Active Occupational Therapist License Required
Occupational Therapy experience preferred
Strong patient evaluation and treatment planning skills required
Ability to work independently and manage assigned therapy caseloads
Must be flexible and able to support contract assignment needs
