GTRJOBS is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-driven, highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our fast-paced recruiting team.

What You’ll Do
- Provide daily recruiting support, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
- Manage onboarding documentation and ensure candidates complete all required pre-employment steps
- Assist recruiters with job postings, resume formatting, and candidate tracking
- Communicate with placed employees regarding onboarding, payroll setup, and system access
- Support recruiters with pipeline organization and status updates
- Run front desk operations independently
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail — accuracy matters
- Comfortable communicating with candidates, employees, and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Data entry experience required
- Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
