GTRJOBS is seeking a highly organized Onsite Recruiting Coordinator to support daily recruiting and onboarding operations in a fast-paced environment.
This role sits at the center of our recruiting and onboarding operations- working directly with employees both on-site at a client facility and in the office. This position helps keep daily operations running efficiently while providing hands-on support to both employees and the recruiting team. What You’ll Do
- Manage onboarding documentation and ensure candidates complete all required pre-employment steps
- Act as the main point of contact during weekly new hire orientations- assisting with arrivals, questions, and overall coordination
- Support new employees on their first day, including timeclock setup and usage
- Monitor and resolve missed timeclock punches, including follow-up and coaching employees on accuracy
- Assist recruiters with job postings, tracking, and general support
- Help source candidates during downtime
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating with employees and candidates
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel preferred)
- Data entry and administrative experience
- Valid Driver’s License required
