Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Account Executive/Freight Broker located in Cincinnati. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with shippers and carriers, negotiating contracts, managing freight operations, and ensuring adherence to service quality standards. You will work closely with team members to monitor logistics, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate documentation and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Account Management, Freight Brokerage, or Logistics Sales
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Communication, and Relationship-Building
- Knowledge of Freight Systems, Load Tracking, and Logistics Technologies
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills for Documentation and Data Accuracy
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Experience with AI-powered logistics systems is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with logistics software is a bonus
