Job Type: Full-time; Onsite
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across various logistics verticals.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, including monthly revenue goals, new client acquisition numbers, and client retention metrics.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or International Trade is preferred.
- Proven success in B2B sales and a strong understanding of global supply chains.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Full-cycle sales experience is essential.
