Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Las Vegas, NV. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing tailored solutions based on customer needs. This role involves preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the internal team to address client inquiries. Additional duties include market research to identify trends, generating sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Experience in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Opportunity Analysis
- Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with sales-focused tools
- Knowledge of the construction or architectural industries is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, client-facing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
