Overview:
The Project Manager will join our client’s Business Technology (BT)
organization - Collaboration Technology, focusing on leading Email migration project
within our Digital Employee Experience team. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and
managing the project plan for email migration, coordinating with IT teams and
stakeholders, identifying and mitigating project risks and conducting post-migration
validation and testing This position requires a unique blend of technical project
management expertise, agile methodologies, and a deep understanding of employee

About the Role:
- Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end project management of complex technical initiatives, from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting high-quality standards.
- Agile Champion: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.), foster a collaborative team environment, and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization, including product managers, engineers, IT, and business leaders, to align project goals and ensure successful outcomes.
- Employee-Centric Focus: Understand and advocate for employee needs, gathering feedback, and translating insights into actionable project requirements.
- Technology Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in common workplace productivity tools and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
- Communication & Reporting: Provide clear and concise project updates to stakeholders, create comprehensive documentation, and track key performance indicators.
About you:
- Proven Experience: 6 years of experience in technical project management, ideally within a software development or IT environment.
- Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a track record of successful Agile project delivery.
- Experience working with agile dashboards to track metrics.
- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-Starter: Proactive, independent, and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Nice to Have:
- Experience in managing large scale migration projects
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certifications.
