Our client is a global organization with 130 years of engineering innovation, delivering advanced solutions across industrial technology, energy, infrastructure, machinery, and other critical sectors.
The team is expanding its advanced cooling capabilities for data centers and is looking for experienced professionals who want to contribute to complex engineering initiatives, collaborate with global teams, and help bring innovative products to market.
📍 Location: Plano, TX
🏢 Work Arrangement: Onsite 5 days/week for the first month, then hybrid (3–4 days onsite/week)

🔎 Open Positions
1. Senior Project Manager – Chillers
- 9 years of project management experience, including at least 4 years with centrifugal chillers and modular cooling plants.
- Own end-to-end project execution, from order intake through engineering, manufacturing, delivery, installation, commissioning, and handover.
- Strong background in project schedules, budgets, risk management, customer relationships, contractors, and cross-functional coordination.
2. Principal Mechanical Engineer – Chillers
- 12 years of supplier-facing technical coordination and oversight for industrial equipment.
- Experience with HVAC systems, centrifugal chillers, pumps, heat exchangers, packaged/skid systems, or related equipment.
- Strong understanding of data center cooling, system integration, technical specifications, supplier interfaces, and project execution.
3. Principal Electrical Engineer – Chillers
- 12 years of related experience, including 7 years leading electrical engineering scope across quotation, design execution, and change management for industrial or packaged equipment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, protection, control panels, VFDs, and instrumentation.
- Ability to translate U.S. electrical standards and compliance requirements into engineering specifications and coordinate with global design teams.
4. Controls Engineer – Chillers
- 7 years of control system design or engineering experience in HVAC, centrifugal chillers, or industrial systems.
- Strong knowledge of control logic, PLC/DDC systems, industrial automation, and system integration.
- Experience developing control strategies, functional specifications, and interfaces, with involvement in testing and commissioning.
