Manager EHS Supplier Systems $110,000

About the Role: Manager, EHS Supplier Systems

Responsibilities:

• This position provides internal support for the successful maintenance, structure and use of EHS related systems and data.
• Act as liaison with system suppliers in initiating and managing work tickets, providing feedback, making requests and supplying user training.
• Oversee corporate reports, scorecards, and templates.
• Work and coordinate system needs with other internal system user groups, such as HR, IT, Legal and Risk.
• Provide team support in other ways such as participating in conference planning, working on resource development and training delivery and administrative support to the VP, SQP.

Qualifications: B.A. / B.S. or equivalent experience required.

Required Skills:

• 3 years’ experience in database management or safety, or risk management, or construction management.
• Sound understanding of statistics and the use of KPI’s.
• Good understanding of business processes.
• Strong interpersonal, management, communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of, or ability to gain knowledge of local, state and federal environmental health and safety regulations and practices in construction and general industry applications.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience with and knowledge of EHS Enterprise software, MS Office 365 tools (SharePoint, Planner, etc.) Smartsheet etc. is desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• 3 years’ experience in database management or safety, or risk management, or construction management.
• Knowledge of, or ability to gain knowledge of local, state and federal environmental health and safety regulations and practices in construction and general industry applications.
• Experience with and knowledge of EHS Enterprise software, MS Office 365 tools (SharePoint, Planner, etc.) Smartsheet etc. is desirable.

Pay range and compensation package: $90,000 to $110,000
