SITE LOGISTICS COORDINATOR – MISSION-CRITICAL

OVERVIEW
GTN is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Logistics Coordinator to serve as the onsite logistics and supply chain point of contact within a mission-critical data center environment.
This role is responsible for managing receiving, inspection, inventory tracking, and material handling activities to ensure operational continuity and accurate material flow across the site. The Site Logistics Coordinator will partner closely with operations, engineering, procurement, corporate logistics, vendors, and contractors to support uptime-sensitive infrastructure and project execution.
This position operates in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional coordination and hands-on logistics execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Logistics Operations
• Serve as the primary onsite logistics contact for all inbound and outbound shipments
• Receive and unload materials in accordance with site safety protocols
• Verify shipment quality and quantity against purchase orders and packing slips
• Inspect deliveries for damage and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate and monitor dock activity to support organized and timely material flow
Inventory & Material Control
• Accurately enter and maintain inventory records within internal systems
• Track and reconcile materials to ensure real-time inventory visibility
• Stage, label, and store materials appropriately to support site operations
• Maintain proper documentation including Bills of Lading, packing slips, and purchase orders
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Partner with operations, engineering, procurement, finance, corporate logistics, and third-party vendors to support project timelines and operational needs
• Communicate proactively on shipment status, inventory levels, and potential supply risks
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and accuracy
Safety & Operational Standards
• Perform material handling tasks in alignment with site safety and operational standards
• Follow established warehouse, logistics, and material handling best practices
• Support a safety-first culture within a mission-critical environment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management
• Experience working in fast-paced industrial, operational, or mission-critical environments
• Familiarity with inventory systems and logistics documentation (BOLs, packing slips, purchase orders)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Ability to lift and move materials in accordance with safety standards
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience supporting data centers, construction, manufacturing, or other high-reliability environments
