About the Role
GTM is looking for a relationship-driven Business Development professional to grow and support our network of placement agencies and senior care partners. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource to partners-helping them streamline workflows, enhance their client experience, and increase referral activity.
This is a high-touch, service-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, delivering value, and driving measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow referrals from placement agencies and senior care partners
- Segment partners into tiers (A/B/C) and implement targeted engagement strategies
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new agency partners through proactive outreach
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner relationships
- Maintain consistent communication through phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Provide hands-on support for partner inquiries and referral coordination
- Encourage referrals by offering value-added services such as payroll, tax, and insurance consultations
- Educate partners on how GTM services improve efficiency and increase their revenue potential
- Acknowledge and track referrals, including follow-ups and commission communications
- Collaborate with Marketing to promote referral programs and partner incentives
- Share collateral and support co-branded or educational initiatives
- Represent GTM at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
- Maintain accurate records of all partner interactions in CRM (Salesforce)
- Monitor referral trends and identify opportunities to improve partner performance
What You Bring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence, consult, and overcome objections
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, household employment, or marketing
- Experience in payroll, tax, insurance, HR, or related industries preferred
- Experience with consultative sales or phone-based outreach is a plus
