PAY: $30-35 AN HOUR

FIRST SHIFT, 10 HOUR SHIFT TUESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 6:30AM TILL 5:30PM 1 HOUR LUNCH.

We are currently looking for someone to join our team that can help with ALL aspects of our manufacturing environment. We are looking for someone with experience using multi axis lathes with dual spindles. Experience with Swiss type Lathes is a plus. Applicant must have experience with lathes. We currently have 2 DOOSAN Lynx 2100 LSYB mill turns, (1) 2 axis CNC lathe, (3) Haas Vertical Mills, and (1) Fadal VMC 4020 vertical mill, and a Nomura 20mm Swiss Lathe. This job is NOT a production operator and it is very likely you will be working on different parts from different materials every week.

The Ideal candidate needs to have had experience with:

· Setting up tooling, programming and operating CNC equipment.

· Selecting and applying proper cutting tools.

· Reading engineered drawings to ensure parts are produced according to required tolerances and specifications (UNDERSTAND GD&T)

· 3 years experience with lathes and turning tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 3 years minimum of experience working with Manufacturing equipment and CNC Machinery

· Knowledge of programming and use of G&M codes

· Ability to read and interpret drawings

· Knowledge of Multi-Axis Milling machines, Lathes, Grinding, and Turning equipment

· Familiarity with controllers such as Fanuc and HAAS

· Prototyping experience is a plus

· EXPERIENCE WITH FUSION 360 CAD/CAM IS A PLUS

· EXPERIENCE WITH MASTER CAM CAD/CAM IS A PLUS

· EXPERIENCE WITH AUTOCAD 2D DRAWINGS IS A PLUS

· EXPERIENCE WITH MANUAL MILLS AND LATHES IS A PLUS.
