GTI Energy is seeking a Supply Chain Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials, Planning, Logistics, and Operations support functions across multiple GTI locations. This role will support hiring from entry-level analysts through senior leadership positions while building scalable talent pipelines for critical operational functions.
The Supply Chain Recruiter will partner closely with leadership teams to understand organizational needs, labor market conditions, and long-term workforce planning requirements. This role requires strong sourcing capability, business acumen, and the ability to identify high-impact talent in highly competitive manufacturing and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials, Planning, Logistics, and operational support roles
- Manage requisitions from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination
- Support both individual contributor and leadership hiring across multiple facilities
- Drive hiring execution against aggressive growth timelines and operational priorities
- Build targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping, competitor analysis, and networking
- Identify passive talent from manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, industrial, energy, and contract manufacturing environments
- Develop long-term pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill operational roles
- Build Competitor Hit Lists and talent maps aligned with GTI growth strategy
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, organizational structure, and market positioning
- Conduct intake meetings to align on technical qualifications, compensation, and hiring priorities
- Advise leadership on labor market trends, candidate availability, and recruiting strategy
- Hold hiring teams accountable to interview timelines and hiring decisions
- Screen candidates for technical capability, operational knowledge, leadership potential, and culture fit
- Evaluate experience within manufacturing, planning, sourcing, logistics, and operational environments
- Deliver a responsive, professional, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
- Manage offer negotiations and closing activities
- Maintain ATS accuracy, candidate tracking, and recruiting workflow discipline
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, interview activity, and offer acceptance rates
- Support process improvements to increase recruiting speed and quality
- Build standardized interview questions and scorecards for operational functions
- Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams on workforce planning and organizational growth
- Align recruiting priorities with plant launches, production growth, and operational initiatives
- Support hiring across multiple GTI sites as business needs evolve
- Represent GTI as a high-growth manufacturing organization with strong career opportunities in Supply Chain and Operations
- Promote GTI’s investment in advanced manufacturing, modular infrastructure, and operational excellence
- Support hiring events, networking initiatives, and industry outreach where applicable
- 5–8 years of recruiting experience with strong background in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or Manufacturing recruiting
- Experience recruiting for operational and Supply Chain functions in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or engineered product environments
- Strong sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and passive candidate engagement
- Experience partnering with operational and executive leadership teams
- Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience recruiting in contract manufacturing, modular manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, automotive, or energy industries
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting plant launches, multi-site operations, or hyper-growth environments
- Understanding of operational KPIs including inventory turns, OTD, forecast accuracy, supplier performance, and capacity planning
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Workday preferred
