Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily coating and sandblasting operations, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers and quality control teams to ensure proper surface preparation and coating application.
- Troubleshooting issues withing booths
- Manage workforce scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper usage and preventative maintenance.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work orders.
- Track material usage and inventory levels; coordinate procurement as needed.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SSPC, NACE, and OSHA.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial coating and sandblasting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of coating systems, surface preparation techniques, and inspection standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Proficiency in safety and quality control practices.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
