Required Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on Sage X3 experience.
- Experience supporting, enhancing, or stabilizing ERP environments.
- Strong understanding of Sage X3 modules, workflows, and business processes.
- Experience creating reports and working with ERP data.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system and process issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Sage X3 development experience including 4GL, customizations, and integrations.
- Experience supporting distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, or financial operations.
- SQL experience and familiarity with reporting and analytics tools.
- Ability to provide both functional and technical guidance.
- Experience participating in ERP upgrades, migrations, or transformation initiatives.
