Senior Architect Telecom Network Performance & Assurance

Role Overview

Seeking a hands-on Senior Architect to design and lead scalable telecom network performance and service assurance platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise with direct experience in packet brokers, network probes, and 4G/5G monitoring environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture, technology roadmaps, and design governance.
• Design and integrate packet brokers, probes, network elements, and OSS platforms.
• Architect network performance data collection, processing, analytics, and KPI visualization.
• Build scalable applications using Java/Spring Boot, Python/FastAPI, and ReactJS.
• Lead Kubernetes-based deployments in Unix/Linux environments.
• Drive scalability, reliability, engineering best practices, and hands-on technical leadership across teams.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Proven architecture and delivery experience with telecom performance monitoring or service assurance platforms.
• Direct implementation or integration experience with packet brokers and/or telecom probes.
• Strong understanding of telecom network architectures, network elements, OSS, network KPIs, and 4G/5G ecosystems.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Java/Spring Boot microservices, Python/FastAPI, ReactJS, Kubernetes, and Unix/Linux.
• Experience designing distributed systems and APIs, with ownership from architecture through production delivery.
  
  

Experience Alignment

BSS/OSS fulfillment, order management, or service activation experience alone is insufficient; direct network performance/assurance platform experience is essential.
