What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst position at GTECH LLC?
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to define, document, and support business and system solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in utility or power systems environments preferred. Candidates with solid business analysis experience and a Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) will also be strongly considered.
Required Qualification
- sBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- .3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role supporting business and technology initiatives
- .Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements across cross-functional teams
- .Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills
- .Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and solution validation
- .Proficiency with common business analysis tools and documentation methods, including requirements management, workflow diagrams, and user stories
- .Power systems, utility industry, or related operational domain experience is preferred; however, candidates with a current CCBA certification and strong business analysis fundamentals may be considered in lieu of direct industry experience
