The individual in this position provides user support for the Ellucian Colleague ERP System, Ethos Integration, Ellucian Experience and Informer Reporting. The person in this position also supports .Net applications and can modify code as needed. They also handle duplicate record requests, provides data files to third party applications and work with the ODS SQL Server database platform. In addition, the person in this position builds computed columns, writes code paragraphs and assists developers with data requirements. The individual in this position interfaces with users to provide solutions that involve researching and solving complex technical issues.
