We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Supply Chain Management team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating procurement activities and supporting the purchasing team
- Support expediting efforts to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to track order status and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory levels
- Conduct research on suppliers and market trends to support strategic sourcing
- Support data analysis and reporting related to supply chain performance metrics
-Assist in updating product data to ensure correct ordering and receiving of product
Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn about supply chain processes and procurement strategies
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Requirements
Desire to move into supply chain management, enrolled or attending in college.
Flexible hours: Mon-Friday 20-25 hours a week, between the hours of 8a-5p. (No weekends)
