Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Crew Leader to plow and salt sidewalk at properties on list. As a key team member, you will oversee daily operations on-site, supervise crew members, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project timelines and quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our snow crew , coordinate with managers , and drive successful project delivery through effective management and technical expertise.
Duties
- Lead and supervises guy on sidewalks crew, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications
- Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
- Read and complete our full snow list and comunicate plans to guide team activities
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment on-site
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets industry standards and client expectations
- Oversee material procurement, inventory management, and site logistics to optimize workflow
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising the field of snow.
- Knowledge of project progress, and completion.
- Hands-on experience with construction estimating and quality control procedures
