Job Overview:
We are seeking two Crew Leaders with proven forklift operation experience and strong computer skills to join our growing team. This is a permanent, full-time position starting under a W9 agreement, transitioning to W2 status with full benefits after 90 days of employment based on performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of workers to achieve daily goals
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a warehouse or job site environment
Coordinate logistics and workflow to ensure timely execution of tasks
Utilize computer systems for inventory tracking, reporting, and communications
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
Ensure team members adhere to company policies and safety protocols
Provide clear and effective communication to team members and upper management
Assist in onboarding and training of new staff
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 year of forklift operation experience
Proven experience in personnel management and logistics
High level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, inventory systems, data entry, etc.)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to lead by example and foster team morale
Must be dependable and adaptable to changing work environments
Additional Information:
Initial 90-day period as a W9 contractor, transitioning to W2 with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.) upon successful completion
