What you’ll do:
- Lead concept development in partnership with Copy and cross-functional teams
- Oversee multiple brands and provide creative direction to Art Directors
- Present and sell ideas internally and to clients
- Ensure high-quality execution across channels and timely delivery
- Act as a hands-on contributor while mentoring junior team members
- 4 years of healthcare/pharma agency experience
- Strong conceptual thinking and design skills
- Proven ability to lead creative work and collaborate with clients
- Experience across 360° campaigns and multiple channels
