Art Supervisor

Description

• Develop strong conceptual ideas that translate scientific and strategic insights into clear, compelling visual narratives.
• Partner with copywriters, experience designers/technologists, and strategists to build cohesive campaign concepts.
• Create and oversee high-quality visual design.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level art staff, fostering an environment of growth, learning, and high performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners to align creative execution with strategic objectives and audience insights.
• Confidently present and articulate ideas to internal teams and clients in a clear and compelling way.
• Stay current on new treatments, technology, design approaches, and industry regulations to keep creative work relevant and innovative.
• Demonstrate flexibility in fast-evolving project environments and bring proactive solutions to shifting challenges.

• 4-7 years' experience within healthcare advertising agency.
• Portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and communication abilities.
• Experience managing creative teams and guiding work from concept to execution.
• Understanding of FDA and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical advertising.
