Job Title: Senior ITIL ARB Project Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior ITIL ARB Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives while ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and Architecture Review Board (ARB) governance standards. This role is responsible for driving project delivery, enforcing architecture compliance, and facilitating cross-functional decision-making across complex IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects across infrastructure, applications, and digital platforms.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Drive execution using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Architecture Review Board (ARB) Governance
- Facilitate ARB reviews to evaluate solution architecture, design standards, and technology alignment.
- Ensure all projects comply with enterprise architecture frameworks and standards.
- Partner with architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to review and approve designs.
- Document ARB decisions, risks, and exceptions.
ITIL Process Management
- Ensure alignment with ITIL processes including:
- Change Management
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Release & Deployment Management
- Coordinate CAB (Change Advisory Board) activities and approvals.
- Drive process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as a liaison between business, IT, security, and architecture teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to executive leadership.
- Lead cross-functional workshops, governance forums, and planning sessions.
Risk, Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Identify and mitigate project and architectural risks.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise standards.
- Maintain documentation for audits and governance reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in IT project or program management
- Strong experience with ITIL frameworks and service management processes
- Proven experience working with Architecture Review Boards (ARB) or similar governance bodies.
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise IT or digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and SDLC
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Certification (v3, v4 Foundation or higher)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or MS Project
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, telecom)
