Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery.
• "Open Jobs Report" management, ensuring report is kept up to date and accurate.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline fulfillment operations.
• Address customer inquiries from internal Account Managers and resolve any fulfillment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and shipments.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fulfillment or logistics role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime as needed.
