Schedules and pay
- Full-Time: 1st and 2nd Shifts
- FLEX Shifts: Non-traditional work hours (details below)
- Starting pay: $16.50/hour, with a shift differential for 2nd shift
- Ability to understand and follow all safety requirements
- Ability to read and understand English
- Work every other month for 3–4 weeks, including all required overtime (10–12 hour shifts and/or weekends)
- Off during opposing months due to lower production demand (extra hours may be available)
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Eligible for medical coverage only
- Partial PTO accrual
- Holiday pay eligibility only when flexed in and working on the holiday
- Packaging experience
