Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tampa, FL. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met through timely and effective communication. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, ensuring quality deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, and addressing client feedback. The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for clients, focusing on delivering exceptional service and driving satisfaction.
