Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline fulfillment operations.
Address customer inquiries from internal Account Managers and resolve any fulfillment-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of orders and shipments.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
- Proven experience in a fulfillment or logistics role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
