What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment Center Operations Supervisor position at GSP North America?
Lead the heart of our Lenexa, KS fulfillment center You’ll report to the Fulfillment Manager and guide the end-to-end fulfillment operation on 2nd shift. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll coordinate product fabrication, order preparation, order collation and packaging, and shipment processing and manifesting—while orchestrating people, workflow, and data to deliver on customer due dates. Compensation & schedule Pay: $19–$21 per hour, based on experienceSchedule: 2nd shift (with shift differential)Location: Lenexa, KS A day in the life As the floor comes alive, you align the team to the production schedule, prioritize orders by customer commitments, and confirm the right work reaches the right stations. You check the accuracy of reporting tools, validate the latest metrics, and adjust staffing in real time to maintain speed and quality. You’re also advancing long-term improvements—refining workflows, scoping automation for order picking, benchmarking shipping and small‑package options to reduce freight costs for both GSP and our customers, and tracking the department budget.
