Base Salary: $170,000–$220,000
GSM Services is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC leader to help drive the next stage of our growth.
We’re not looking for someone to simply manage an estimating department. We’re looking for a strategic leader who knows how to develop opportunities, build relationships, win design-build work, and turn a strong pipeline into profitable projects.
GSM is working toward an ambitious goal: growing from approximately $50M to $150M in annual revenue. This position will be one of the key leaders helping us get there.
What You’ll Lead
🔹 Design-build and design-assist project development
🔹 Engineering and preconstruction strategy
🔹 Conceptual estimating and value engineering
🔹 Relationships with engineers, GCs, owners, developers, and key accounts
🔹 Major commercial HVAC pursuits and proposal strategy
🔹 Estimating and preconstruction teams
🔹 A potential $15M–$50M annual project pipeline
We’re Looking for Someone With
✔ 10 years of commercial HVAC experience
✔ 5 years of leadership experience
✔ Strong mechanical systems knowledge
✔ Design-build experience
✔ Estimating and preconstruction expertise
✔ A proven ability to develop business and win profitable work
Experience with large commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, municipal, or manufacturing projects is especially valuable.
