Key Responsibilitie
- sOwn and manage end-to-end recruitment across all hiring needs, including corporate, operations, management, and leadership roles
- .Partner closely with Business Leaders, HRBP, and Hiring Managers to translate workforce plans into actionable hiring strategies
- .Ensure timely hiring delivery, strong candidate quality, and positive candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- .Drive data-driven recruitment decisions, tracking key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire
- .Continuously optimize recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and assessment approaches to improve hiring outcomes
- .Manage and optimize relationships with external vendors (headhunter, agencies, talent partners) when required
- .Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on talent availability, market insights, and compensation benchmarks
- .Hand-on involvement in critical and senior-level hiring when needed
- .Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team with a strong focus on delivery, accountability, and quality
- .Set clear performance expectations and monitor recruiter productivity and outcomes
- .Build a high-ownership, hands-on recruitment cultur
eRequirement
- s8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3–5 years in a people management role
- .Strong hands-on experience in high-volume and fast-growing environments (logistics, mobility, tech, startup, or large-scale operations preferred)
- .Proven track record of driving recruitment results, not just designing frameworks
- .Exposure to multi-market or international hiring is an advantage
- .Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- .Execution-driven mindset with the ability to balance speed and quality
- .Data-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment metrics
